Find Three Great Friends

I usually dont give moral writings but thought this would be great for all of us to know the secret of being happy . I am working for almost 15 months in an organisation and have made a view that true friends can be made in school life ,college life but rather difficult in an organisation. There is nothing wrong about organisations or big companies but the situation demands in that manner.Cultivating great friendships is one of the surest ways to find more happiness and joy in life.
Being rather difficult to find friends in organisation i have overcome the situation by making two of great friends in organisation in the form of SHAMBU(Sambar Man) and SATISHA(No comments). My day starts with a phone call from shambu or satisha waiting for me or sometimes me waiting for them to start one of the toughest job in life going to office in time.I really mean toughest job because either one of us (mostly me and satisha) are always late.Shambu..the sambar man is our source of inspiration to get us atleast ......min after office time .These two are room mates and belong to karnataka and so proud to be kannadas that we have started feeling that our humble abode maharashtra is not that good. After making lot of efforts and reaching office first hour is rigously busy. After an hour we three stooges again meet in canteen either for coffee or breakfast at manna (idli-chatni satishas idle combination). We get busy with our respective works and once again meet for lunch. In betweem there are hell of things happening in individuals work life but rather we can say leaving behind all the pressures we again unite for coffee break in the eve.
There is an amazing contradiction of views between us but something makes us to drive back in same car and leaving all the fucking issues that depresses us at the whoof of.......ette .

There are many more interesting things about we three great friends which you would definitely like to know.Dudes you have been great so far hope it continues....

Trip to Shrivardhan-To overcome the alcoholic job

Let me go sometime back around last sem of my engineering...Flashback sent forward..

Well i was sitting very comfortable at reading hall in my college.Exams were to approach and that to final year final exam of engineering (and luckily it were final as i cleared the sem).Me and my college friends decided to go around and enjoy the favourable moments of our college. We did lot of recreational stuff and were praising ourselves doing all the stuff. We decided wherever we are we will definitely plan a trip once in month........To be precise enough we never went together for a trip till now.The planning remained a plan which was not executed.I joined the company just 10 days after completing my exam.Apart from me there were my colleagues from other colleges. We met we introduced ourselves and every one started working in full flesh manner. After completing almost one and half yearin the organisation we found ourselves in a bother of spot were we have lost all our enjoyment.Nitesh (a manufacturing colleague) bombarded on me saying we need to urgently get a change from this alcoholic job.I was also bit bored of this alcoholic job and really wanted to get refreshed. We executed a trip without planning. The only lucky ones were vishal, nitesh and our beloved colleague of sales shaggy(sagar shirolkar). We started early in the morning on saturday towards konkan region. The trip started with breakfast at goodluck cafe with tea and omlet sandhwiches(25 Rs each--Shaggy the cashier was noting it down). We headed towards shrivardhan (a place in konkan).Keeping all the things of job out from the alcoholic mind we sailed on the greenery roads of konkan. The Placid beach of shrivardhan was like heaven on the earth and really heaven for us as there was no network coverage and none of our boss could call us...

Nitesh the car owner and shaggy the cashier wht could be better for me than just sitting and enjoying the beaches ,the ....er,....the fish.....and moreover some funda rumours of the colleagues in the company. We also visted the temples of shrivardhan and diveagar....shaggy the Brah...true man, didnt enter the temple as we had flesh...poor guy shaggy(Bhagwan tumhe kabhi maaf nahi karega)....one of the most srtiking memorable moment would be the night on the beach. We were the only three owner of the beach and no one in the vicinity.Guys do you remember the south africa...plan to go to south africa via shrivardhan beach...we idiots oops.

Well the trip was not only a fun but the realisation that there are many more things that we should explore..and we planned that once in month we definitely will go for a trip and mind you the plan is still not executed.

Me vishal ......bla bla guys lets plan the next one !!!

Downfall of Maharashtra Politicians....

It took only three days and the big ministers of the state of maharashtra and central minsiter were forced to resign by the people. I am talking about Maharashta CM Vilasrao Deshmukh,Home minister and Deputy Cheif Mininster R.R patil and Central Home minister Shivraj patil. When you look back just few years ago this were the people who used to get applaud from me ,you and many of us.To be frank enough i am great supporter of Vilasrao Deshmukh but the incident of Taj Terror not only caused to resign the minister but also the eyes of many people completely showed loathe on this politician.I saw media making lot of crticism against the X-CM (now) asking the insensitive behaviour shown at the Taj site by taking actor Rietesh and producer-director Ramu but this cannot be the reason to fire CM from one of the biggest job in state.Let me come to this point later, lets talk about Deputy CM R.R patil. The state home minister resigned from the job saying these small incidents do happen in big cities like Mumbai.I personally saw people after the terror in mumbai were heartly disappointed .I have never seen such dis-appointment before .The fear that took shelter in everbodys heart for almost 6o hours seems just to be a small incident for our resigned Home minister is really frustating. These people really deserved to be out of the cabinet but not in the manner what people intend. The way all the things were happening was just like a drama written by the high command sitting in Delhi and all of us were allowed to see the drama without having any moral behind it. The All India congress realized that in Maharashtra it would be very difficult to get the power if Vilasrao remains the CM and looking at the upcoming election if party has to save its position in the state there needs to be replacement. This is where i mean people did not intend the way things happened.Let us analyse the race for CM between Narayan rane and Ashok chavan. Narayan rane who was dismissed from the cabinet ministry really took sarcstic comments from outgoing CM.The new ministers are appointed and we can see people been made calm by various means .One thing that made me feel about the structure is our country definitely needs president rule rather than just electing the leaders who themselves will decide the future of the state and country. In maharashtra there is no such strong candidate who can lead from front to take all of us from the view that politician ----ks........

Lets hope in sometime we will have a strong person leading one of the biggest state of country....
